@OptimumHelp It asks for my login then takes me to the dashboard. The mail icon goes away once logged in on the internet tab

@OptimumHelp It ask for his password. I went through the link and tried optimum imap & pop settings. Also the suddenlink imap/pop settings. Still can't login as it fails the test

@OptimumHelp ..over and over I've called customer service only not to get the information needed concerning my account. A couple months ago s/w agent and was told I was getting the lastest discount offer with assurance I will be still having all my channels.

@OptimumHelp Nothing has been done to resolve my issue that "you have been helping with" and you are deleting my tweets to inform everyone of the problems going on. What kind of service oil that? lying to the people is terrible service. We have the right to express our opinion.

@VerizonSupport We have FiOS internet, someone is coming ASAP in the AM to fix the CUT wire. @optimum cut there wire & then cut yours without permission & NO one has a paper trail which sounds off to me. I’ve call and got nowhere I’m very upset about this. FiOS is the best.

@optimum @OptimumHelp Please suggest an alternate modem/router combination to work with the 1G service. I do not have smart TV, I just need to be able to manage my own modem/router. I'm being charged monthly for a gateway in my own home that I can't access.
